What Do I Do If I Exceed My Pano Virtual Tour space limit?

Unfortunately, you cannot create any more tour once you reached your Pano Virtual Tour limit. You can have the option to delete existing tours to make space for new ones, or upgrade your subscription plan for more storage space.

Do I need special training / skill to use SGPano?

Not at all! You do not need to be a professional photographer to use it. The system is designed to be user-friendly for all, giving you beautiful pictures and dynamic virtual tour experiences!

What is the cost of using SGPano?

Will It Take Long To Use SGPano?

Not at all! You can learn how to use SGPano in just a few minutes and produce a Pano Virtual Tour in less than 15 minutes, even for new users!

Can I use other cameras beside the Ricoh Theta?

Yes you can, so long as the other cameras can produce 360 or equirectangular images. However, the Ricoh Theta comes highly recommended with its excellent image quality, mobility and affordability.

Is it possible to use a smartphone instead of a 360 camera?

Absolutely! Simply download an app called Cardboard Camera (by Google) from Apple app store or Google Play. Please note that the quality of the images from your phone will not be as good as those from a 360 camera.

Can Pano Virtual Tours be viewed on mobile devices?

Yes, Pano Virtual tours can be viewed with ease on multiple platforms, including smartphones, tablets and computers.
